  • Your online loan application on our website incorporates our Terms and Privacy Notice.
  • Your signed Promissory Note automatically signs you up to “Opt-In” in receiving SMS from us.
  • Your wireless service carrier’s standard text message and data rates may apply.
  • You agree that we may communicate with you by automated SMS, MMS, text message or other electronic means to your mobile device.
  • Message frequency varies per account setup.
  • In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to update your account information by contacting us directly by phone or email.
  • You can cancel text messaging at any time by replying “STOP” to the most recent text message you received.
    • If you have agreed to receive multiple types of text messages, you will need to cancel each message type by calling our offices to notify us.
    • We will send you a text message to confirm you have unsubscribed.
  • Reply “HELP” for instructions and how to unsubscribe.
    • This may not be available for some message types.
