Employment | Hermanos Loan

It is the responsibility of the manager to operate the office according to Hermanos Loan Company policy and procedures.

GOALS - The manager's goals in running the office are:

Manage the office to return a profit.
Insure that all employees are familiar and complying with Hermanos Loan Company policy and procedures.
Train all staff to:
- Solicit business
- Collect past due accounts
- Take and process loan applications
- Post Paymenys to the computer
- Prepare new loan and renewal loan documents
- Balance a cash drawer
- Make a loan decision
- Maintain computer equipment and other sensitive equipment in the office

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

Review the daily report for accuracy and sign the daily report acknowledging that it is correct. This means that all cash drawers are in balance and that all loan documentation is properly in file.
Review each loan file from the previous day's business. The file must n=be reviewed to see that all loan documents are complete, and signed by the customer. The application should be reviewed for propper processing, e.g., direct credit checks, verification of employment, verification of income, ability to pay, and that at least 6 near bys with phone numbers and address are listed on the application. A current credit report should also be in file.
Review the "Broken Promises to Pay" from the previous day's collection work. Assign those accounts for immediate collection calls.
Review the Contractual Delinquency report to insure that accounts 31 - 121+ are being worked daily.
Review all outside collection work from the previous day.
Check all computer equipment, fax, Xerox machine, telephones and other equipment in the office for proper maintenance and cleanliness
Train employess.
Solicit new business, referrals and renewals.
Close new loans and loans to former borrowers.
Perform all other duties as rewuired

The assistant manager works closely with the manager to ensure the office is run at a profit
